• Prepared necessary documents for permit application to respective agencies such as ESD, MDEC and any other related agencies• Review and making sure documents provided by clients meets the requirements for permit application purposes• Online application for Employment Pass (New and Renewal) – covering different types of cases i.e., change of employment, renewal with change of position, renewal with new passport• Online application for Dependant Pass (New and Renewal)• Application for Transfer Endorsement of various passes into new passport• Cancellation of Employment Pass and Dependent Pass• Application for JTKSM approval through ePPAX system• Application for agency approval ie., MIDA approval prior to Employment Pass application• Respond to phone calls and emails from client (HR representative or Expat) regarding permit application• Raise invoicing for clients• Involve in registering company for MDEC and ESD• A part of company’s knowledge management team which involves in discussing and finding information regarding new procedures related with immigration process
