Provides general oversight of all activities, manages the day-to-day operations, andassures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.Assures program quality and organizational stability through development andimplementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regularevaluation.Recommends staffing and financing to the Board of Directors. In accordance with Boardaction, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriatesalary structures are developed and maintained.Specifies accountability for management personnel (whether paid or volunteer) andevaluates performance regularly.With the Board President / Chair, focuses Board attention on long-range strategic issues.Manages the Board’s due diligence process to assure timely attention to core issues.Works with the Board officers and committee chairs to get the best thinking andinvolvement of each Board member and to stimulate each Board member to give his orher best.Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit.Works with Board to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals.Assures an effective fund development program by serving as the chief developmentofficer or hiring and supervising an individual responsible for this activity.Helps guide and enable the Board, its fund development committee(s) and itsindividual Board members to participate actively in the fund development process.Helps the Board and its development committee design, implement and monitor aviable fundraising plan, policies and procedures.Participates actively in identifying, cultivating and soliciting donor prospects.Assures the availability of materials to support solicitation.Assures the development and operation of gift management systems and reports forquality decision-making.

1- Ensure underlying accounting records are accurate, complete and in accordance with GAAP.2- Controlling chart of accounts by monitoring access rights in the accounting system, maintaining adequate systems of internal controls needed to safeguard assets, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with policies and procedures.3- Ensuring proper planning and management of loans by ensuring that interest and principal are properly recorded /accounted for and paid within the loan agreement,negotiating exchange rates with various banks. Preparation of supplier payments and reconciliations.4- Develop and implement and organization's financial goals.5- Supervise cash management activities.6- Monitor and control accounts receivables.7- Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and costs, and increased revenues.8- Corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating Improve profitability. Review prior financial results and discusses anticipated changes to highlight future needs and trends. Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results.9-Approve monthly bank reconciliations.10-Prepare quarterly and annual fair value reports.11-Prepare summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook.12- Preparing monthly management accounts and reviewing support schedules. Monitoring and analyzing financial reports and records and pro-actively identifying issues and initiating corrective actions where needed. Reconciling company assets and analysis of utilization.13-Trucking income Variance analysis and explanations.14- Act as financial gatekeeper.Co-Ordinate:-During performing that duties he will co-ordinate with Rashid Al Jabri Group;1-Assist Audit team on the basis of annually basis.2-Coordinate with all allies of group key accounts team to enhance & achieve the goals.
