- Maintained a positive control of Project schedule (Gantts) and Project reports/KPIs and ensured timely turnovers to manufacturing and field teams.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and collaboration with General Contractor, Project Owner, Internal drafting, supply chain, purchasing and field team ensuring on time completion.
- Proactively identified risks affecting project schedule and cost, devised and implemented risk mitigation strategies to senior management and tracked them until they were addressed.
- Collaborated with other subcontractors and trades such as railings, Mechanical (HVAC) and commercial specialty doors to delivery a complete project for the client.
- Performed complete cost/budget management for the projects including change order management and schedule of values for general contractor approval.
