Muhsin Al Anas is a junior lecturer at the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition from Universitas Gadjah Mada, respectively in 2015. He continued his education with a doctoral degree in Animal Nutrition and Toxicology at the same university and graduated in 2020. He proposed to hold research on Precision Nutrition and Nutrigenomics to tackle the greenhouse gases problem in the livestock industry. He also has been collaborating with research institutions and industries to develop feed technology and innovation. He intends to continue the research in collaboration with industry (PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk., PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, PT. Widodo Makmur Unggas, Tbk.,) and international institutions, both industries (NOREL Animal Nutrition, Wuhan SunHY Biological Co., Ltd, and Clariant) and university (China Agriculture University and Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences). In 2021, he continues his postdoc at the University of Arkansas, the United States with the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program.Muhsin has a passion for food, agriculture, and social empowerment issues.
