Lead a team who work for maintenance of both static and rotary equipments in refinery process and utility plants (steam/electricity, tank site, oil movements, marine/land/railway loading terminals etc.) •Responsible for all the Steam and condensate applications in TÜPRAS İzmit Refinery Focused on Steam trap (total quantity of more than 30.000) for maintenances, management of measuring , anaylis and troubleshooting.Design and all calculations of steam and condensate system (dimensioning of lines, amount of condensate , required heat capacity etc.)• Responsible for the integrity and availability of the rotating equipment such as , steam turbines, pumps, blowers, fans, centrifugal & reciprocating gas compressors. • Plan and organize the work activity of the mechanical contractors technicians such that all planned and unplanned work is progressed to a satisfactory completion.• Provided technical knowledge and manpower of the maintenance team to the Project Department during commissioning& start-up phases of the rotating equipment such as boiler feed water pumps, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators, LPG Tanks, pipeline hot-tap operations etc.• Maximize equipment availability, improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance costs by continuously monitoring Asset Management outputs (i.e. MTBF) and by implementing corrective/preventive technical solutions.• Ensure all safety critical equipment, pressure relief valves, protective devices, pressure hoses, lifting equipment and accessories are fit for purpose, timely inspected and certified.• Conduct RCFA (route cause failure analysis) of all upsets, breakdown and take an action to prevent reoccurrences and took roles in application of refinery Management of Change (MoC) procedures. Been a part of new rotating equipment selection processes, implementation of HAZOP studies.

Then sale the proper equipments from our product range.Supervision of all steam applications, (consult and design) To start with product the steam(in steam boiler with all equipments [level electrode, blowdown system, Relief valve, level gauge,..] ) then distribute the steam from steam collectors (calculate dimension of piping and collectors) finally use the steam in machine(We try to hold steam to give its energy as much as possible by steam trap, on this topic I make all thermostatic calculations of steam and condensate) hereafter the steam turn into condensate then lead and collect the condensate to boiler .Also; Lead energy efficiency applications (Such as; flash steam tank, Waste heat boiler, ..) Represent the company at abroad. Make meeting with other companies who want to cooperate with our company from abroad.
