Working as HR advisor to address employees’ concerns over their allowances, grievances and promotional plans. This includes conducting frequent town hall presentations to hundreds of employees, as well as conducting one-to-one conflict resolutions meetings between employees and their management. I also work on multiple change management projects and help facilitate the accompanying employee-relations issues. Part of my roles also included leading the HR Customer Service Center, which serves over 10,000 employees.

I participated in the workforce planning phase for engineers and operators, and coordinated recruitment workshops accordingly. Reviewed CVs and participated in interview sessions in London and Dubai to fulfil our needs for expatriate employees. Conducted monthly reports to the Executive Director of the Refining Admin Area on the status of our open job requisitions and hiring targets.

I worked as an advisor to both expatriate and Saudi employees regarding their entitlements and issues of concerns. Reviewed grievance cases and worked to mediate any complaints between the employee and his management. Conducted exit interviews to retirees and resigning employees to identify the areas of concerns or unfair practices and conducted analytical reports accordingly.
