Provide input into the monitoring, communications and knowledge management of the INOVASI education interventions;5. Carry out the detailed planning for approved education interventions in the province including developing terms of reference, budgets and timelines;6. Manage implementation of the approved education interventions at assigned districts in accordance with the agreed budget, and workplan and in line with both Program and donor regulations;7. Coordinate with MERL, Communication, and Systems and Policy (S&P) officers in the assigned areas to ensure that the education interventions meet MERL, Communications and S&P principles, and vice versa, benefit from effective MERL, Communications and S&P support;8. Coordinate and liaise with sub-national education authorities, NGOs, private sector actors and other Program partners as necessary;9. Prepare routine reports on Provincial education interventions as required; 10.
