Released qualified products to manufacturing with completing QC (Concentric circle testing which is measuring that how circular the hole is using Roundness meter tester(Mitutoyo)) and Manufacturing spec documentation for US (ANSI) & Europe standards.Applied and designed OLED Flat Panel Display substrate handling robot at Subcontract design engineering for Ulvac Corp. Japan. Designed 3M x 3M glass substrate handling system for Atmosphere to High vacuum system. Manufacturing components and installation at customer site. Provided interactive application software for main control system (HMI) and fine tuning of the robot system.

Designed a hip replacement (implant) which served as a connector between the hip bone and leg bone using Solid Works at startup company. Modified the design of the hip replacement from a curved one-pieced shape to one that had two parts that would be assembled together. This led to easier production compared to product already in the market that was used for reference. Created a plastic prototype products using 3D printer and plastic samples using CNC machine.

Led a team that built a drone which worked underwater. Set an assembly line to build products from first step to final step with MPI document (manufacturing process instructions) This helped workers know how to build and fix the products. Implemented checking of all materials with BOM document before it went out of stock. Communicated with end customer. To prevent fail of working, test pressure to make sure water drone is going to be working in the water. To save materials, troubleshoot of water drone that have some issues; cosmetic, leaking.. etc.,
