For 21 years I have been serving the members of the community as a dedicated fitness professional. My career in fitness has led me to learn something new every year. I became AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor in 1991 which let to multiple certifications in many forms of exercise. Today these include ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA Weight Room Certification, YMCA Lifeguard, Healthy Back, Trainer for Group Exercise, AFAA examiner, AEA Water Exercise, Arthritis Foundation PACE and Water Exercise, Registered Yoga Teacher. I have studied extensively with Gary Kraftsow in the lineage of Vinigoya with specialized training for backs, hips, shoulders and necks. The yoga classes I teach are filled to capacity. The students I have the privilege of teaching know that I am passionate about my teaching and committed to helping them accomplish the goals and intentions of their practice.
