• Identify and analyse project scope from DTP perspective.• Preparation of project related materials, instructions and documentations for production team and vendors.• Execute projects and delegate work to vendors and in-house resources with regards to time and quality requirements.• Handle a team of DTP Specialists and Vendors• Liaise with Project Managers in delivering estimates/quotations for the project.• Attending conference calls with Global Project Managers for daily project status • Handling customer and vendor queries and mitigating the requirement on same page.• Take Care of Project financials such as Vendor PO issuance, including month end activities.• Conduct Team meeting and brain storming sessions for quality improvement.• Maintain data for all the jobs processed• Train new Coordinators

• Quality Assurance of Formatted Data and Graphics. • Formatting of Doc, FrameMaker, PPT, InDesign files, etc.• Handling Team and vendor queries and mitigating the requirement on same page.• Liaise with Manager for creating report and identifying root cause of errors spotted during monthly QES report. • Tracking quality.

• Formatting of Doc, Frame maker, PPT, InDesign files, etc. • Localization of Graphics in Illustrator, Photoshop. • Source Creation in Word. • Communicating with client to understand their requirements and needs • Project tracking.• Training new members.
