Dynamic Braking Unit, inverter, softstarter.• To plan and organize the department as per plant requirement to minimize the plant stoppage. • To supervise daily electrical preventive maintenance jobs.• To supervise the team and utilize their services in the best of the works. • To maintain the records, data log of daily checking and daily routine faults history • To coordinate with maintenance and production department on schedule maintenance of the plant machinery. • Managing the Team. • Continually aware of the health and safety needs of team and the general public• Fault rectification and maintenance of AC/DC motors (from ½ hp – 349 hp). • Maintain and control Protection Circuits such as Switchgears, Contactors, Circuit Breakers, Thermal Overload and Star-Delta Starters and soft starters etc. • Fault rectification on Limit Switches, Heaters, Fire Alarm System, Compressors, & AHU’s. • Worked on Pneumatic systems, Hydraulic pumps, proportional valves, solenoid valves.
