DubaiRoles & Responsibilities different projects(Pre Tender): 7 years To drive out the quantity of all type of residential and commercial buildings. Reviewing specifications at tender stage to ensure compliance of bid documents and verify discrepancies with consultant thru query. Perform quantity surveying works and materials take off to check accuracy in the given bill of quantities. Review drawing and addendums during tender stage and Post tender stage. Prepare Bill of Quantities. Prepare evaluation on returned tenders by providing tender report questionnaire from the scope of works on included and excluded items and submit to the client for further evaluation.  Floating enquiries to suppliers and sub-contractor for various civil works items for the purpose of tendering projects. Responsible for quotation submitted on time.Roles & Responsibilities different projects (Post Tender): 3 years Preparation of Interim payment application.  Negotiate & follow with client for certification of interim application.  Evaluate subcontractor’s interim payment applications. Rate analysis/ Unit Rate build for variation for the variation works.  Preparation and submission of variations and agreeing with Clients / Consultants.  Preparing value engineering proposals.  Reconciliation of material.  Prepare monthly labour productivity report and cost value report.  Maintain day works records and material on site report.  Attend commercial & contractual meeting with client representatives/consultant. Preparing Notification of Variations (NOV), Analysis of Variations, Preparation/Valuation of Variations, Checking of final measurements, Unit Rate build up and Backup documents. Joint Measurements with Sub Contractors. Prepare subcontractor’s payment certificates.
