• Competitor Analysis o Daily research on our competitors and other football publications (newspaper and online) o Had to compile a report twice a day on findings and present to the Online Editor & Head of Marketing• Create a plan for the day and week• Did extensive research through the Soccer Laduma archives where veteran SA footballers were interviewed from the apartheid era until recent times then reworked it so that it was ready to be posted on various social media platforms o Due to the lack of information about veteran Local footballers, I had to create an index from the Soccer Laduma interviews in the archives, so that the information was easily accessible for other Journalists in the company • Assisted colleagues by transcribing interviews from coaches and players and submitting online• Produced 12 ‘Still In Touch’ articles daily with adequate ‘Call to Action’ headlines for all Social media platforms and for the online SL website• During lockdown, I produced 7 articles daily for the local news section on the online social media platforms and website
