• Final inspection of parts after production.• Checking quality of parts under PPI, DPI and PSI.• Check out sink mark, short molding, waviness, cuts, shine patches and bubbles etc.• To check the process should be done under manufacturing standards or Not , like Kaizan (for continuous improvement), 5S (for less time taken and increasing productivity) and 3M (for reduce wastages and cost of manufacturing )• Working with Injection Molding Machine and Lathe Machine.
