Taking steps to prevent downtime by acknowledging the alerts or failure and taking the necessary actions to fix the Application issues.• Escalating issues, problems and changes to R&D (Third Tier) in timely manner when an issue needed deeper analysis on the core functionality.• Executing a weekly CAB call, to discuss all the Changes, which were proposed by the developers.• Executing Changes/Releases in the Production environment with the help of developers, helping them to perform BRT post releases.

July 2014 – till dateProjects Details and Key Responsibilities Handled: Providing Application configuration and maintenance. Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues. Receiving log requests for support from Customer and investigate the problem to provide the fix. Handling customer queries over bridges, categorizing issues based on their priorities (P1, P2, and P3) and assigning it to respective teams. As a part of Script Support team, scheduling the scripts as per customer’s/internal team’s request to resolve the issue as early as possible to reduce the breakdown. Monitoring the Scripting tool, taking Logs from backend (SQL database) or through Unix terminal to calculate rate of success/failure of Scripts. Updating the Customers DB through Scripts to reduce the manual errors. Updating Customer via Citrix tool or via e-mail about the changes. Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain. Creating daily progress reports highlighting pending and complete tasks for client and team reference. Mentoring junior resources, conducting KT sessions regarding process involved.
