- Unload the new ZPMC cranes from the ship onto the wharf at the port terminal in Malaysia and Singapore- Install the crane sensors and complete its electrical wiring to allow the cranes to be operational status- Assist ZPMC engineers to do testing and commissioning of the cranes- Assist ZPMC to do site inspection and testing with Department of Safety & Heath (DOSH) to get approval for operation- Involve in cranes repair, maintenance & structure inspection work

- Do Site Acceptances Test (SAT) for ZPMC’s Automatic Rail Mounted Gantry (ARMG) cranes at Pasir Panjang Terminal, Port of Singapore (PSA)- Plan and coordinate activity at ARMG to follow given schedule - Identify the faulty at the ARMG and notify to the ZPMC representative- Report the daily progress to the site manager

- Do an inspection and overhaul of the brake system used by port cranes. - Do a test on the overhaul brake to ensure that it meets its design requirements.- Prepare a certificate for tested brakes according to company standard.- Perform installation and commissioning of the brake system on the cranes

- Do preventive maintenance for 17 quay cranes at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP)- Prepare daily job plan and coordinate man power job scope at the crane.- Identify the problem encounter and notify to PTP representative.- Perform repair or replacement defective parts as approved by client.- Documentation of the accomplished task and reported to engineer.
