CurrentLeading the Addis Ababa Airport development program which includes the design liabilities( East & West Terminals, VIP Terminal, Domestic Terminal, Apron, MARS Stands, Taxiways, Road network, Utilities, Landscape, Special Airports Sytems, Security & IT Systems) Managing Design deliverables, Submissions of Architectural, MEP and infrastructural schemes approvals through workshops, presentations to Ethiopian Airlines, ADPI (Supervision Consultant), in-house design development of all the disciplines, Structural, MEP, Fit-out Shop drawings, Construction Management/Phasing Plans, Primavera based Project Scheduling, Contract Administration, Interface management, Integration Plan and Sequencing, End Users Coordinations, Logistic Management, Sub-Contracts Management, Cashflow Management, Interim Payment Applications End users coordination, Procurements, resources management, Risks & Critical issues management, Quality and HSE management. Generating ann effective reporting system at levels to keep all stakeholders well informed.
