Having a firm Position and strong confidence to work in the field of Finance / Accounts / Human Capital Departments where my post and pre qualification skills and abilities can be utilized to any business category with total experience of 15+ in UAE ( 10 years under Healthcare experience) in the field of Accounting, Payroll under Finance & Human Capital Departments, GL Accounting with proficiency in SAP, Oracle (R12)-Financial Applications & Oracle HRMS, Med Nous Financial & HRMS and MenaITech HRMS(Mena Pay & Mena HR), MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point), other accounting packages of TAS, Busy, Wings, Dac Easy, Online Accounting Software, Equal Financial Software, Tally and with excellent Communication, Analytical and Logical Skills with valid UAE driving license willing to accept responsibglility as an individual and also as a team member.Knowledge and experience in handling both Human Resource & Financial(GL) side with Employee Relation Managment.At present Supervising and controlling Monthly Payroll under Human Capital Department with clear knowledge about U.A.E labour law with the capacity of a HR Representative & Financial Job Role - Main responsibility to process and Finalize Monthly Payroll Plus Arranging GL accounting vouchers set up & passing relevant Journal entries regarding monthly payroll, staff benefits and other GL Accounts. Also Specifically responsible for all Human Capital Representative recruitment cycle staff verification entries in HRMS system and preparation of all analytical report from the key part of staff costs & benefits, Monthly and Yearly MIS reports for budgeting to the Management etc.,
