Preparation and Submission of Interim Payment Applications with substantiation and supporting documents.3. Reviewing Subcontractor’s Invoices and recommending for payment.4. Prepare and maintain records of all subcontractor/supplier agreements and payments.5. Asses and prepare variation order requests and compile the documents required to prove the change occurred.6. Joint measurement with sub-contractors and client for valuations and variations and rectify disputes.7. Quantification of works at every stage of the project and maintain a close follow up of the project progress.8. Attending commercial and progress meetings with the commercial manager and assists in the preparation of any required reports.
