1. Ensuring Safety Induction Program to all employees before entering to work site.2. Heading end-to-end Health, Safety and Environment activities inclusive of analyzing & reviewing the project HSE plans & procedures.3. Participating in weekly safety meeting with client MEW safety leads to discuss about site related health and safety concerns in order to close the MOM points discussed in meeting.6. Conducting risk assessments and reviewing safe work method statements for proper functioning of the operations.7. Providing advisory services to higher authorities and senior management on entire safety related operations and documenting & maintaining safety reports and HSE Static Reports.8. Auditing and inspecting sites & rendering support to investigate incidents, dangerous occurrences & near misses, determining and implementing recommendations for recurrence prevention & control.9. Conducting walkthrough/surveys on daily-basis for safety inspection of the facilities for any environmental pollution due to chemicals, general inspections including fire systems.10. Provision of violation letter for violators as per approved penalty clause.11. Scrutinizing and supporting existing HSE training plans and specific operations / campaign / project training needs such as Emergency Response, H2s, First-Aid, Fall Protection, Gas Tester & Confined Space and conducting Weekly Mass Toolbox meeting.12. Documenting and reporting the HSE performance data (incident report findings, taproot, corrective and preventive actions); submitting the same to the management to facilitate decision-making; conducting PTW & LOTO audits

➢ Ensuring Safety Induction Program to all employees before entering to work site.➢ Ensuring compliance of permit to work (PTW) system and methodology including revalidation and auditing of PTW, RA, JSA, MOS and other necessary document within the permit system.➢ Identify training needs and arrange periodic HSE training / awareness as per training matrix.➢ Conducting Site HSE Inspections and Audits to ensure that adequate controls are in place to prevent injury to personnel, damage to plant equipment and minimum damage to environment.➢ Conducting regular inspection for all heavy equipment’s (crane, boom truck, loader, excavator, welding machine, compressors, generators, and electrical instruments etc…➢ Carrying out monthly inspection of fire extinguisher and smoke detector and maintaining the records.➢ Coordinating with site engineers / supervisors for preparing risk assessment and job safety analysis for various activities.➢ Participation in Investigation of Near misses and accidents occurred in project and ensure the implementation of recommended corrective actions to avoid re-occurrence / repeat unsafe incidents and maintaining the incident statistics/ Records.➢ Carrying out monthly inspection for lifting tools & tackles.➢ Participate in HSE Management walkthrough at site.➢ Continuous gas testing prior to and during CS activity by using Multi Gas Personal Monitor.➢ Recording the daily observations & report to HSE Management.➢ Provision of violation letter for violators as per approved penalty clause.➢ Closing Client and contractor HSE site Observations and tracking the observation status.➢ Participating in Emergency Evacuation mock drills conducted in project, prepare Drill report and record keeping.➢ Preparing Contractor and Internal HSE weekly and monthly reports and Maintain and update HSE documents.
