Manage and develop creative and visual design of communications products to meetorganizational needs. This includes leading the direction of all visual aspects ofcommunications pieces and methods. Such as, emails, social media, designtemplates, flyers, business cards, campaign assets, banners, apparel, video pre andpost production, interviewing, taking photos of individuals, events, and other photorelated needs.Ensuring media forms, marketing toolkit assets and resources page are up-to-dateand align with current UWCI brand standards and key priorities. Creating templatedriven website pages and landing pages for various UWCI initiatives. Oversee andupdate all website pages to ensure consistent and accurate information is available:including but not limited to employee contact information, affinity groups, campaigninitiatives, marketing toolkit, resources page and UWCI key priorities.Manage and guide workflow activity of staff employee, intern, loaned executives, orvolunteers as applicable. Work closely with outside consultants and printers asneeded. Manage all purchase orders for the marketing team. Creating tasks and subtasks for design projects based on content. Oversee subtask projects while ensuringdeadlines are consistently met.

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and project requirements.Develop creative and innovative concepts for various design projects, including butnot limited to logos, brand identities, marketing collaterals, websites, social mediagraphics, and promotional materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain opencommunication with clients throughout the design process. Collaborate with otherfreelancers or contractors, such as copywriters or web developers, when necessaryto deliver comprehensive design solutions.
