Execute procurement strategies for purchasing of manufactured items and raw materials and Packaging.φ Purchasing Task,- Recording of purchasing requisition- Prepare RFQ date (document , quantity & target price if we have)- Send RFQ to supplier- Contact supplier to follow up their quotation- Compare quotation collects from supplier- Issue PO & send to selected supplier- Follow up with supplier execution of PO & conformation delivery date- Tracking shipment & its document follow up all approval need on it (importing approval transfer money, form 4 from bank, release from ministry of health ,….) (under training)- Follow up deliveries with supplier & warehouse- Follow up with Q.C analysis till release- Prepare payment document
