Process: FXMM (Foreign Exchange Money Market and Global Payment Investigations)• To investigate on foreign exchange deals post settlements query. This involves end to end knowledge on conformations team, settlements team and post settlements team.• We work on various FX products such as SPOT, Forwards, Options and Netting deals• Shall possess knowledge on all the above products and the complete process steps involved in the trades to investigate on same.• The process begins with a booking of a trade between clients and front office. From then the trade goes to middle office where the trade gets input in systems. Then it goes to confirmation where the team cross verify the trade deals with client over telephone, E mails and paper work like fax or post. Later the trade goes to settlements team where the trade actually get processed and get settled as per confirmations. When the trade get stuck somewhere or something goes wrong in the trade then post settlement team comes into picture. Then we would check all the steps involved in that particular trade to identify the root cause and take necessary actions to clear the trade accordingly.• We also investigate on Nostro/Vostro accounts where the breaks are generated on this accounts most due to payment failure or non receipts of funds or due to any other reasons.• The process has its own reconciliation system where all trades are reconciled in its own way over suspense and Nostro accounts. To investigate non this we should also possess knowledge on the complete system of reconciliation happens from front office to settlements.• We are also crossed trained on different regions like APAC, NEW YORK, LONDON and ZURICH. We were utilized in all various regions whenever they faced crunch. And we had a great success and come up with bright colors.• Our process involved, handling of cases, monitoring multiple mailbox, create escalation for trades which are failing and are above threshold limits
