- Performing financial analysis- Performing month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries - Coordinating with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks with deadlines- Generating financial reports and statement to manager for review- Monitoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and determining budget variances and reporting the same to management- Assisting in auditing by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations

- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.- Matching invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.- Reconciling vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.- Monitor all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts.- Keeping track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments.- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate.

- Create and implement rules regulations and processes for purchasing- Maintain knowledge of distributors and build constructive relationships- Continually research alternate sources for products in order to ensure the most competitive pricing- Negotiate purchases to ensure lowest cost consistent with company standards for quality products- Organized procurement records such as items purchased costs delivery product quality

- Responsible for Organizing and Planning, which involved Demand Planning, Vendor Management and Return policy.- Day to day running of operations of store.- Dealing with customers on a day to day basis.- Maintaining optimal stock to ensure timely availability of items.- Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.- Using local knowledge to identify opportunities and generate repeat business.
