 Reviewing of all Mechanical related documents, ITPs, material approvals, MOS, SOPs and shop drawings. Responsible for incoming material inspection with respect to material approval, data sheets, approved specification and requirements. Responsible for performing quality check, issuance of proactive and NCR to the contractors, subcontractor and vendors and taking preventive for the non-conformance observed in site. Maintaining all the quality records such as RFI’s, MIR’s Logs, NCR’s, Proactive, PQI’s, Calibration certificates, Third party reports, ITP’s, approved drawings and Punch List (SNAGS Coordination with T&C team for smooth execution of testing & commission activities. Prepare project quality reports & look ahead schedules for time and resource management and submitted the same to the client. Managing of the field mark-up, as- built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and snag clearances with the client.

 Responsible to plan, execute & commission all HVAC installations. Inspect all site construction activities, ensuring compliance to shop drawings & project specifications.

Project Handled: Construction of Qaryat Al Olya-2, 115/13.8 kv Substation, Nariyah. Construction of Hafar-Al-Batin - 6, 115/13.8 kv Substation, Hafar-Al-Batin. Construction of Al-Mazroeyah 115/13.8 kv Substation, Al-Ahsa Construction of Al-Mansourah 115/13.8 kv Substation, Al-Ahsa Construction of 380/132/33 KV BSP Substation, TABARJAL, KSAClients Involved:  SAUDI ELECTRIC COMPANY (SEC)Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all installation works related to hvac, plumbing, fire Alarm, fire fighting, Packaged Unit etc at site. Coordinating with the QA/QC to schedule for Quality Inspection(s). Preparing and reviewing all technical submittals submitting to consultant and client for approval. Installation of Fire fighting pipeline system including accessories like sprinklers, flow switches, test and drain valves , zone valve, valve skids etc Inspect and approve Firefighting installation with accordance to NFPA Standards. Witness on-site piped system pressure test,Pneumatic/blow off test, air conditioning duct leakage testing, light test and other testing that may be required during the first fix works.

Responsibilities : - Appraisal of MEP drawings to ensure Quality Assurance on all installed services. Preparation of RFI (Request for Inspection). Coordination with main contractor, & consultant. Preparing and reviewing shop drawings & submit to consultant for approval. Coordinating with the external evaluators to schedule for Quality Inspection(s). Managing the general transmittal and quality report(s) for RFI’s on a daily basis. Carrying out the internal quality check(s) on the site works prior to external assessment.  Preparing and reviewing all technical submittals submitting to consultant and client for approval. To attend the client meetings for their necessary demands/comments and incorporating them. Preparing and verify BOQ as per giving drawings and specification.

RESPONSIBILITIES : -HVAC System : Insulation & Installation of all types of HVAC linear ducts & risers including accessories like VAV, VAVH, Fire Smoke Dampers, Manual & Motorized VCD, and Exhaust fans etc as per approved shop drawings & specs. Light & Smoke testing of HVAC ducts as per SMACNA standards. Installation, testing & Commissioning of HVAC equipments like Chilled water pumps, fan coil units, AHUs, & ECU. Insulation & Installation of chilled water piping (Copper & Black steel) system as per approved shop drawings & specs. Pressure testing, Chemical cleaning & Flushing of chilled water piping networks. Installation and testing of centrifugal pumps in pumping stations.Fire Fighting : Installation of Fire fighting pipeline (Galvanized, Black Steel) system including accessories like sprinklers, flow switches, test and drain valves , zone valve etc.Plumbing System : Insulation & Installation of potable Hot & Cold water pipes including accessories like balancing valves, pressure reducing and regulating valves, back flow preventers, etc., as per approved shop drawings & specs. Installation, testing & commissioning of plumbing equipments like sump pumps, Electric water heater & cooler, hot water circulating pumps etc., Installation & Gravity testing of sanitary, rain, oil sewer, Lab waste & condensate waste water as per SAES. Chlorination & flushing of potable hot & cold water piping system. Installation and Gravity testing of Sub grade PVC and UPVC piping.
