1. To Frame/draft contracts, agreements, and Deeds of all kinds including lease deeds, franchise agreements, License Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, Applications, Affidavits, undertakings, etc. draft and prepare deeds for the transfer of immovable property and solidify all legal documents 2. To ensure the company’s full legal rights also responsible for registration of contracts and deeds with the relevant authority with maintenance and renewals of the same where required. 3. To maintain and ensure corporate compliance in accordance with companies Act 2017 and other statutes and by-laws by the company and file annual returns with Companies Registration Office SECP, give notice prior to hold meeting of Board of Directors, prepare minutes of meetings and communicate the same to all concerned.  To explain notices received from concerned SROs, departments, clients, and employees of the company, to the management and BOD of the company, prepare and suggest replies to these notices per the company’s viewpoint to protect the company's interest.4. To Give accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal and compliance topics (partnerships, corporate, contracts, agreements, court cases, FIRs, Investigations, SROs etc.) and Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.  To maintain certificates and license of the company, liaison with System Audit teams of PSX, PMEX, SECP, CDC, NCCPL on behalf of the company and look after the renewal of Offices, Branch offices of Value Stock and Commodities (Pvt) Ltd, monitor compliance at Head Office as well as branch offices by paying surprise visits as well as off-site inspections to check whether all required SOPs are being observed and implemented at office level as well client level including transaction by customers with the perspective of Anti-money Laundering Act. Check inspect the account opening form and approve it before opening a client account.
