The brief duties include for this role are: Documenting and maintaining financial transaction/accounting record of Company and quality of accounting record Finalizing and completing the Auditing of the company Computing And submitting Tax Return For the company according to the sultanate of Oman Tax rules Introducing and maintaining Internal controls, major one includes doing a detailed analysis of assembly of final product from raw material, to do monthly inventory counts for maintaining control on that. Managing Cash Flow for the whole group of company including operating cash flow and approving new capital investment projects of the management by reviewing the business cases and then preparing the Budgets for the capital Expenditure required including doing a net present value evaluation once the source of the investment is clear to see if cost of debt is more then internal investment. And then reporting on project updates, completion, and post implementation. Providing shareholder, the detail analysis of each individual business unit break-even point, detail break up of cost, Monthly Budgets and explaining variances. Preparing and Presenting monthly Profit & loss statement to the Shareholders. Performing HR functions of maintaining individual employee data, record of their Final Settlement and ensuring compliance with Labor Laws. Maintaining the relationship with the external shareholders Like Banks, Auditors and Government Authorities for the normal flow of business Presenting information and Data to financial intuitions for Loan approvals and overdraft facilities Show less
