hi, I am Mujtaba Hussain Parray, I joined litigation in 2019 and Since joining litigation I've worked with some of the best lawyers and companies in the country. Currently, I am employed as a legal associate with Adal (law firm), where I have represented clients in cases of cheque bounce, recovery suits, eviction suits, specific performance of contracts, Matrimonial cases, domestic abuses, Criminal Cases and NDPS cases etc. before various quasi-judicial and Judicial bodies, including the High Court and Tribunals. I excel in drafting petitions, legal agreements, deeds, notices, and Bail Applications and I've also developed a strong negotiation skill set that allows me to quickly resolve client problems.Contract law, civil law, constitutional law, criminal law, alternative and special laws like the Drugs and Cosmetics Act are some of my areas of interest.
