Current• Detailed knowledge and experience of all infrastructure services including Road, Sewer, Storm water, Telecom, Potable water, Irrigation, LV, HV, Street light, Spare ducts, Gas networks.• Preparing the Baseline Program including Resource/Cost Loading,• Preparing the monthly invoice of the project. i-e Measurement sheets, BOQ, Work inspection requests, according to the requirement of consultant.• Certification from the consultant.• Preparing the variations and cost proposal for the new items in the project.• Update, track/monitor the Program based on site progress obtained from Site Management.• Prepare daily, weekly /monthly report reflecting work progress summary.• Develop and update the resource (manpower and equipment) graphs weekly & monthly and perform Earned Value analysis to check a project's health.• Actively taking part in all site walks to discuss the progress of works and major critical issues.• Issuing delay notification letters to the subcontractors, if they have open work fronts and still, they do not proceed or if depict the slow progress of works which drives the project completion.
