CurrentIn my role I manage a team of account managers to tailor a wide variety of financing and leasing solutions for businesses of varying sizes who are looking to acquire equipment in Canada and the United States. We work with a broad range of businesses in multiple industries that include oil & gas, construction, forestry, agriculture, transportation, and others. Typical transactions range from $10,000 to millions of dollars. We aim to provide convenient and competitive options for facilitating our customer's equipment acquisitions.Our team is made up of highly motivated individuals who aren't afraid of a challenge and want to control their own career success while having a blast doing it. Winning is a paramount value, but not at the expense of honesty or integrity.• Led teams of 15-22 high performance sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through the creation and management of a successful sales funnel.• Analyzed market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.• Directed and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, credit and funding, to ensure alignment and improvement of overall business objectives.
