Digital Solutions Architect
Current• Analyze technology project proposals to determine time frame and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.• Identify and schedule project deliverables with agile methodology, milestones, and required activities and tasks.• Implement project communication plan.• Ensure that project goals are accomplished and are in line with business objectives.• Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.• Continuously benchmark project management performance to identify improvements and achieve higher capability maturity in project and portfolio management.• To undertake high level technical architecture & design activities on projects of work, working alongside our development partners.• Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of key architecture & design decision conflicts.• Evaluate 3rd party solutions, performing detailed technical assessments and advising business on integration and technical fit into existing architecture landscape.• Collaborate with and, where required, instruct 3rd party development partners and resource on low level technical design and delivery of an IT solution.• Partners with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technology solutions & strategic direction.• Ensure solution design complies with the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture.• Data modelling and data architecture design and implementation,• Analysis of requirements and production of specifications and reports,• Accountable for producing holistic solutions to maintain and improve Digital while minimising impact on delivery and innovation• Design End to End digital solutions that combine one or many of cloud, AI, Automation, API and other multi-vendor capabilities and create and design innovative solutions.• Acts as a trusted advisor for the implementations to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld
