Role and Responsibilities:-Manage the operation of all Karnataka,Working with Multiple customers at same time,Responding to all customer complaints or queries in a efficient manner,On time bill submission to customer ad payment collections,Total Transportation Planning and cost analysis.Vendor Management and Vendor Evaluation,Daily sales and DVP report sent to Country Head and Accounts team,MIS Report to Country Head and CFO,Visiting Key Clients to build relationship and Identity their Key needs,Monitoring and Tracking the Vehicle for Timely and Safe Delivery,Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation require by Law. Handling all Kind of Cargo smallest to ODC and Engaging the all type of vehicles requirements as per the customers demand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-Ensures provision of route fit vehicles at all times,Co ordinate with vendors to maintain all Writer facilities suitable for business and employeesDesign review mechanisms and ensure adherence to SOPs and Checklists with regards to fuel, Annual Maintenance contracts (AMC's) breakdowns, facility maintenance etc,Co ordinate with purchase and Finance to procures vehicles and manage vendors as per business requirement,Review and Ensure the fuel efficiencies of the vehicles on a PAN India Basis,Ensure documents related to the vehicles/facilities are updated and complete,track vendor performance and suggest alternatives to address challenges,Assist management with preparation of budget for Fleet and Facility.

Handling Local & Non Local Fleet Management.Managing Import and Export Operations.Import and Export Monthly Report.Vehicle tracking through GPRS,Vendor bills Management,SAP,ORACLE Update.
