Overseeing Credit & risk management for entire group that include development and implementation of credit policy, credit approval procedure across the group while leading team of credit control, AR and collection.  Ensure compliance to credit policy to minimize bad debt risk and financial exposure.  Conducting regular audit across the group to ascertain risk, forecast bad debt and use alternate channel to expedite collection.  Implement continuous improvements to the credit and collection policy, help increase operations efficiency. Conduct credit risk assessment based on various parameters, blocking accounts to minimize potential bad debts and financial losses. Responsible in supporting businesses by providing adequate credit limits for customer across group.Management of Credit insurance: Engaged in negotiation in terms of Policy, turnover, minimum premium and terms and conditions. Ensure new credit limits, reinstatement of temporary limits and removal of unnecessary limits. Conduct meetings with credit insurance and brokers, raising issues, escalation to various levels and resolution. Notifying late payments, Lodge insurance claims, strictly following credit insurance guidelines. Periodical review on utilization of credit limits and removal of underutilized limits. Turnover declaration and maintain document records. ---------------------------- Develop reporting process for higher management that ensure timely and accurate information on Credit/receivable portfolios. Ensure all approvals are as per delegated authority and in compliance with audit guidelines.  Conduct regular review, analyse and report overdue across group. Liquidation strategy and provision for bad debts. Reporting to head of group finance.
