Projects: CFA Fire Training Ground Wangaratta Props Upgrade, Fire and Rescue NSW Training Fuel Station and Tower Design and Installation and HMAS Creswell Gas & Diesel Fire Fighting Unit.Responsibilities:• Design and drafting for firefighting training props using 3D design software Inventor.• Assist in modifying the existing design to reduce the Production time and to be cost-effective.• Drafting Part Drawings and Assembly Drawings to assist Laser cutting, Folding, Fabrication & assembly of the Props. • Guide fabricators through the manufacturing process.• Request for the quotes, manage drawing files & place orders for the inventory required for the project.

• Designed a bracket using Solid Works for inclusion of torsion bars to avoid dents on torsion bar bracket.• Reduced the material cost by 15% and wastage by 10% by replacing the conventional hammering process with the designed torsion bar.
