• Managing the back office operations for mutual funds enquiries and form processing. To achieve model-wise sales targets and Maintain the quality of forms in processing. Ensuring 100% timely processing of documents. Ensuring the proper working of one week policy of company. Timely Redemption process completion.• Improving Customer Satisfaction level. Doing customer evaluation and preparing improvement plan and Preparing Customer Satisfaction action Plan. Timely resolution of customer complaints and handle a team of five people for file filling and redemption. • Finding new customers for institutional sales and maintain relation with the old customers. • Preparing Town-wise financial Data for MIS updation.

• Handling a Team of 8 people for new credit card application processing and sales for Citibank, HSBC, ICICI bank and ABN AMRO bank. • Manage and check the entire paperwork of customers for credit card applications and send daily report to clients (Citibank, HSBC, ICICI and ABN AMRO bank). • Handle complete operation of the company and report to the promoters and investors.
