Professional Experience:Employer::                                              Working with M/s Trident Ltd, Paper Division (Dhaula, Distt Barnala, Punjab) since August 2008 as Shift Chemist in R&D/Quality Control department of integrated Pulp, Paper,Recovery  & Cogeneration. From April 2005 to July 2008 working as Chemist in R & D and Q. C. with  NAINI TISSUES Ltd.  Kashipur , and ISO 9001:2000 organigation , having  100 TPD production capacity of writing & printing paper.Job Profile:  ·        Quality Control of end product (Writing & printing paper) through measurement and analysis of all raw material and input chemicals, in process parameters at pulp mill, stock preparation, paper machine, finishing house and dispatch including chemical recovery, D.M. Plant and co- generation. ·        Testing and evaluation activities for all raw material of Power Generation Plant with 49.4 MW steam turbine, Steam Generation with 320 TPH.·        Assisting the department in achieving goals related to process improvement and product development, input chemicals, output chemicals & process parameter.·        Report to store and all user departments about test result and acceptance /rejection status.            Ensure smooth operation of the plant and safety at the work place.·       Experienced in testing of all incoming raw materials, fuels, chemicals, pulp, paper and black liquor.·        Worked on latest & state of the art equipments like Elreffo brightness tester, UV spectrophotometer ,Bombcalorimeter etc.
