Maintenance of HR records, managing employee database, monthly salary charts, leave management.6. Conducting various welfare activities and events for the employees7. Regular updation of employee communication channels8. Manage HR documentation and correspondence - offer letters, appointment letters, certificates, etc.9. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality10. Manage employee grievances or queries and timely .11. Engage with employees and understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

?Gathering Requirements from Clients.? Sourcing the Cvs from Various Job Portals, networking sides and through references.? Headhunting For the Suitable Profiles.? Proper Screening and validation of the candidate profile? Negotiation with candidate for ctc and joining time..? Proper follow up with clients to get feedback on shared candidates.? Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Interviews.? Conducting Telephonic or Face to face rounds, Where Required? Close follow up with selected candidates till they join at client place.? Maintain Proper database and tracker for processed profiles. ? Maintaining Daily tracker and weekly tracker.
