Configuration of Pricing Procedure by fixing the Tax type ZE02 based on Countries, Base Price type Z101 based on country and Material, List price type Z105 and Discounts condition type like YG3P based on Approvals. Configuration of Master Data, Text Determination and Material Determination. Implemented Order to Cash Process Project for Delivery Countries like Singapore, Germany, Australia with Negotiating Country as USA.MCCO PROJECT: I have Created Inquiry, Quotations (NBQ), Contracts, Renewals and Invoices. For the NBQ Request and Inquiry, Need to check for the RTS (Return to support), warranty of Serial numbers, Care packs, Contract active or not using internal software tools and complete the case with Requested SLA, Coverage period, Currency and Terms of Payment, Discounts etc. before TAT. For Contract Amendments, Cancel the serial numbers with cancellation date and Cancellation Reason. Configuration of Service Level Agreements (SLA) as per Client Request. Applied Discounts based on Approvals and Client Request. Close the case in Sales Force Domain (SFDC) by performing the Quality Check (QC).
