 Production planning in Assembly shop based on MPS by SAP System. Review Material shortage with purchase team on daily basis. Man hour planning according to daily/weekly dispatch schedule. Find out the way to get optimum utilization of Man, Machine, Material and Method through hourly sheet, Cycle Time study and Daily Prod. Report. Responsible for Process set up of new Models, Cycle time study, Prepared of Work instruction, Process Sequence and Process flow diagram. Responsible for Work instruction Release and Special Process set up and monitor. Prepared PFMEA and Work instruction. Oversee the implementation of process Validation and operator qualification procedure and control from the development step to mass production, e.g. sampling test Monitoring of Production KPI’s that is Plan vs. Actual, Down Time, Rework, Man Hr. vs. Budget Hr., Efficiency and OTD.  Continuous improvement to solve the problems faced during Planning, Process, production and Testing.  Implementation of 5S & Kaizen and LEAN System. Process and special process Training provide to Technician and Engineers. Responsible for VSM Making and implementation. Responsible for new system implementation and follow IRIS System and ISO 9001-2008 System. Product cost review and reduces cost by new ideas. Development of tools, Jigs and Fixtures to reduce cycle time of HVAC ASSEMBLY. The problem of the production site is extracted, and PDCA is used and improved. Involve in Testing, Commencing and servicing for RMPU at RCF, ICF and railways site also.  Involve in development of new components used in AC Assembly like Compressor, Heat Exchangers, Copper lines& wiring. Including quality analysis & design review activity. Coordinate with the related departments for implementing engineering and design changes. And mention ECR/ECN Tracking sheet.  Presenting Departmental data to Management.
