Being a Safety Supervisor, I took responsibilities of team management, worker safety, toolbox talk, work permit system keeping, SOP design & modification, daily report generation & record keeping, 5S maintenance, and employee motivation. I performed Job Safety analysis, Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis(HIRA) and provided training for safety and maintenance activities. I have been an active participant in Internal Audits. I was involved in inspecting different types of hydraulic components and verifying MSDS. I have successfully used my previous experience in lifting tools & tackles' inspection and maintenance. Finding the root cause of breakdowns, recordable injuries and minor/major incidents were few more of the several learnings. I also took the role of planning & maintenance, erection & commissioning and overhauling of conventional & non- conventional CNC machines.
