BLDC Ceiling fans/ ventilation fans Project – Handling - • Responsible to managing project in channel sales & marketing department with assigning team for sales planning business strategy planning, annual target budget planning , breaking even the target with half yearly , Quarterly, Monthly also . • Distributors & Dealers, Appointment planning in all area and monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members about sales targets.• New product management and collaborate with R&D teams in India and Head Quarter Korea and Thailand. Weekly sharing all new updated information to the Top level management. Also review & planning with cross functional teams and monthly review with General Manager, Executive Director & Group managing director of Plant.• Discussing customer feedback with the R&D and Quality team for improvement in upcoming products.• Collection & payment handling and follow up with existing customer segregate the accounts and commercial department and make clears the schemes and credit notes.• Experience in charting out sales strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving revenue and profitability regulations. • Strong organizer, motivator, team player with successful track record in directing from original concept through implementation to handle diverse market dynamics.

Develop the Distribution Network for Electrical Segment with arsenide area , growth the same territory - primary & secondary sales for Noida Delhi and west UP .

• Strategic Planning and Designing of the Target Scheme and Execution with Successful Result about the products.• Experience with creating sales straight for electronics items and handling market update on daily basis with Distributor sales offices. • Develop report and share every single updates and information with senior managers and directors.• Discussed feedback form customer about products with cross functional teams with use of PowerPoint presentations. • Also hands on monthly & Quarterly scheme planning and launching to the market help to Distributors & dealers for achieving the monthly target and goals.
