➢Managed the team of Bankruptcy and Collection Team ➢People management, Client interaction (Calls and mails), New process set ups, Process training, Work allocation, floor support, QC, sharing feedbacks, Reporting, delivering work on time, approving leaves and updating & changing attendance sheet and all. ➢Updating the client system/application’s (JST, CLS, TEMO, Blacknight, etc.) with the help of legal documents,➢Drafting legal documents for the attorneys to file in court. -Suits, Default Judgment, Garnishment, Updating/Entering client system with filed documents etc. E-filing of legal document in courts. ➢Reporting to Manager, HR, and clients. ➢Good in new team/process setup and increasing business with new ideas.

Checking Bankruptcy details and servicing as per the requirement, updatingsystem and maintaining account till foreclosure or dismissal.
