CurrentIndustrial Relation-Responsible for maintaining and managing harmonious industrial/ employee relations to ensure that there is no business impact on account of strained employee relationships.-Part of negotiating team for wage settlement CFT and played an important role in negotiation.-Monitoring of management union communication forums.-Connect with individuals and teams across the organization on a regular basis to understand issues, motivators, obstacles, and aspirations.-Dealing with conflict & grievances resolution control plans.-Govern and drive multi layered connects amongst employee and business leaders.-Building trusted relationships between management and unions.-Collect official & unofficial on union information through various sources and their demand and its implication and its way forward for closure.-Steered efforts in wage settlement of MSIL for period 2015-18, 2018-21 & 2021-24 with 3 MSIL unions. -Hands on experience of managing more than 3 union elections. -Executed more than 20 domestic enquires related to misconduct as per the standing order. -Ensuring IR strategy implementation at ground level.-Steered joint CFT (Union & Management) meeting like Canteen, Transport, Sports, Medical to make union in participative culture.Fostering cultural change by deploying appropriate OD intervention, Capability building and required training programme.Team Development - Upskilling & Team Synergy-Leads, coaches and develop team of HR Business partners to act as commercial trusted advisors, employee champanion and change agents in the development and implementation of HR programmes.-Manage the team effectively and ensure continuous up-skilling, optimal work allocation and career pathing and progression for team members.-Act as a champanion of a coaching culture and drive employee advocacy, while being an internal coach for leaders.
