I have a diverse set of skills and experiences in marketing, visual merchandising, operations, instructional business, client servicing, and team management. As a Brand Activation Manager with Green Agrevolution Pvt Ltd, i am responsible for brand building and visibility initiatives across the entire Rajasthan state, covering 850 outlets as Dehaat centers.My job responsibilities include planning and scheduling pre and post-marketing activities (BTL) to promote the brand, conceptualizing digital engagement campaigns for lead generation, sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing, planning and executing promotional plans for existing and new Dehaat centers, achieving targets for all products in the region, monitoring annual expense budgets, coordinating with agencies for promotional gifts and items, and managing independently MIS for various BTL and sales promotional activities.Additionally, I visit Dehaat centers daily for merchandising checks and business generation, and you have managed independently digital upgradation for all Dehaat centers to provide them with a hassle-free digital solution for their day-to-day business. Your role requires coordination with the regional manager to achieve targets for all products in the region.
