 Planning and monitoring the daily warehouse Shift operations (GRN, Staging, Labeling, Put-Away, Picking, Packing, Loading, and Unloading & Dispatch) to ensure all KPI’s & achieves the daily dispatch targets. Responsible for vendor coordination, vehicle appointments, time slots management and dock efficiency. Inward activities like VRN, Material verification, GRN, HU labeling and put away as per WCS and company SOP. Evaluation of LSP team performance and productivities for smooth and efficient operations. Managing market and dedicated vehicles as per requirements and reviewing the performance of transporters. Checking and processing vendor bill and providing advance bill provision for the month. Review of MIS and monthly SLA analysis reports. Looking after Insurance claims settlement, clearance of Transporters bills for payments and other utility Bills.

 Daily briefing to warehouse team about the pendency and setting priority work for the day.  Proper planning and selection of Cargo Carrier for goods movement, better service & cost saving.  Checking and processing monthly bills of Transport, Labour Contractor, Electricity, Rent, safety & Security.  Resolving customer complaints and processing claims for any short\damage\wrong deliveries.  Analyze the inventory holding – no. of days and prepare ageing report to identify non-moving and absolute inventory for liquidation.  Responsible for daily cycle count, wall to wall audit and stock reconciliation.  Responsible for scrap clearance as per pre defined standard operating procedure.

 Planning & coordinating with transporters and courier’s service providers for Arranging pickup and delivery of shipments to ensure the deliveries on time.  To take care of proper Storage, Allocation, and Temperature of entire finish goods in Cold Store and keeping ready for dispatch, domestically and internationally.  Updating and sharing the daily MIS reports like (Daily Inward Outward, Daily Productivity, Stock Report, Ageing  Report, Trip Report, Cycle count, Orders Pendency and warehouse space occupancy report.  Supervision and Inspection of Reefer Containers before Stuffing and at the time of unloading like, Bottle Seal condition ,Goods Damaging, Goods Temperature, Pre-cooling and Post Cooling of Export Containers as per the SOP & Container Settings.  Fallowing FIFO & FEFO methods to export the good.
