I am capable to work during project/ pre-opening stage of the hotel and afteopening during hotel operation as well. Fixing marble and tiles, carpentry, filling grouting and silicone.  Attend the all guest complaints related to HVAC & interior.  Repairing & Maintenance all type glass doors.  Fixing and maintenance all types of door closers, door stoppers ect.  Repairing and maintenance all type of wooden partitions.  Repairing and fixing work of marbles with silicon and tenax ect.  Repairing and fixing of all plumbing work  Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.  Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.  Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.  Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.  Can clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.  Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installationand maintenance
