Now i am working as Freelance Financial Literacy Partner at ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, I focus on delivering financial education programs that empower underserved communities. My role involves conducting training sessions on topics like budgeting, saving, credit management, and financial planning. I collaborate with local stakeholders and community leaders to ensure the programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of participants. Additionally, I assess the financial knowledge gaps within communities and develop strategies to address them, helping individuals build sustainable financial habits and improve their overall economic well-being.As a freelancer, Additionally I am currently working as a Field Associate Consultant (Political) with a Indian leading political Consulting Agency. In this role, I assist with political analysis, field research, and data collection to support strategic decision-making and campaign management. My work involves understanding political trends, gathering on-ground insights, and contributing to analytics-driven strategies for clients.I have 2 years and 9 months of experience working with ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth as Consultant- Community Facilitator, where I was actively engaged in CSR Livelihood Activities. I collaborated closely with local stakeholders, government agencies to drive impactful, community-centered initiatives, resulting in improved livelihoods and social development outcomes for various groups.My role involved implementing livelihood programs aimed at enhancing the economic conditions of underprivileged communities. I focused on skill development, capacity building, and income generation for sustainable livelihoods.Additionally, I have 6 months of experience as a Development Officer with the Odisha Forestry Sector Development Society (AJY Project).
