The JSPVAT Fisheries Program, in collaboration with the Bihar State Rural Livelihood Society, aims to enhance women's livelihoods, economic empowerment, and gender equality by increasing their agency, control over resources, and asset ownership. The program also focuses on improving household nutrition, particularly for women, adolescent girls, and children under five, while boosting their incomes and resilience.

Integrated Digital Farmer Services: A digital public infrastructure (DPI)," Bihar Krishi App" for over 8 million women and men farmers in Bihar, offering a range of human-centric and demand-driven services, from government, public, and private sector institutions. The platform will provide customized, climate-smart content, services, and improved linkages with agricultural ecosystem players. Increase usage of digital services by farmers related to schemes, advisory, markets, finance, and agri and allied sectors schemes of the Govt. of Bihar.

-Agribusiness consulting to “Bihar Agricultural Produce Value-Addition System (BAVAS) division”, Department of Agriculture, Govt. of Bihar to enhance and develop the overall ecosystem of agricultural marketing and value addition in the state supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.-The Indian Food Systems for Improved Nutrition (INFUSION) Policy Support Research Initiative recognizes the importance of, and challenges in, making nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, milk, and eggs available and affordable to poor communities through markets. The initiative includes two key interventions: Didi Haats and the Nutrition Security Fund (NSF), and aims to establish a policy-support research facility to assist government agencies in Bihar, in collaboration with The University of Sheffield, UK.

-Project management for Holistic Rural Development Programme implemented by End Poverty in association with HDFC Bank Parivartan, CSR.-Holistic development of villages which includes Natural Resource Management, Skill Training & Livelihoods Enhancement, Promotion of Education, Health & Hygiene, and Financial Inclusion at 15 panchayats of Rewari district of Haryana.

-Project implementation plan drafting of ‘Targeted Hard-Core Poor’ (THP) project, a pilot project at Barsoi (Katihar) and Suppi (Sitamarhi) blocks of Bihar. -Intensive engagement in the identification of Ultra Poor Households through PRA, VOs endorsement, and facilitation in livelihoods financing, handhold support, insurance, and convergence with social security schemes based on the “Graduation Approach” .-Micro-Planning, Enterprise development training for promoting and supporting small-enterprise establishments to make them self-reliant, in collaboration with partner organizations Bandhan- Konnagar and J-Pal.-Developed quarterly progress reports, took a data-driven approach, and the field observation to analyze the issue and design the policies to support the project and enhance its outcome. Partnership management with Women Development Corporation, Govt. of Bihar, PRADAN, and APMAS for CBOs management and development

-Project implementation, decision making, up-keeping of MIS, annual action plan development, bank linkage, financial inclusion, micro- Insurance, micro-planning, institution and capacity building of SHGs members, livelihood promotion, social development, financial and administrative decision making.-Facilitated Health & Nutrition, and sanitation with CBOs (SHGs, VOs, and CLFs) with the convergence of Govt. of Bihar flagship program.-Microfinance to the community members for farm and non-farm activities.
