About myself:I always like to working as a strong team player and open minded with proven leadership qualitiesby having rich multi functions expertise in Footwear engineering, Sample Development, merchandising and quality Assurance. which are striving excel in my all activities by being a leader.when I think about the things and do them without waiting instructions to improve the product quality.* Responsible for handling sample Development, organising pilot production and I suggest technical changes to improvement of the product by keeping a sharp control on shoe materials and designs according to technical specifications.* Samples inspection by go through technical specs sheet to make ensured that all used materials and product quality as per Designer request . then accordingly inform our Head office and taken necessary approvals if required.Examine all size fitting samples & follow ups customer feedback, and ensured all warnings/comments implemented in CFM before sealed.* Responsible for approvals of confirmation sample.* Production planning and follow ups and managing quality and meets delivery date.* Examine all the arriving (in-house )materials and signed before use in bulk production.* Inline Production inspection and follow ups by production team and QC to meets the delivery date.* Examine the quality of ready Goods, Quality Assurance random and equal basis to make ensured that quality and packaging, labelling is correct as per LFA standard before ship out the goods.* Logistic etc.
