As the Business Head -Packaging Business at Control Print Ltd. , I have been given an opportunity to develop Packaging Business which has been started by Control Print Ltd. in December 2022.Control Print Ltd... a listed company in India is the only Indian Manufacturer of Coding & Marking Machines with installation base of more than 15000 printers and a strong service network of 400-500 engineers and two manufacturing units.Company has decided to Diversify Business into innovative packaging solutions & Concepts and established a Company in Italy ....CP Italy .V-Shapes ..an innovation in Monodose Packing has impressed our Managing Director Shiva Kabra who has taken the decision to promote V-Shapes technology around the globe with Counterfeiting Solution and assurance of keeping maximum uptime of the machines . Now,V-Shapes by CP Italy has its R&D facility & Manufacturing plant at Bologna Italy and Control Print is setting up Laminate Plant in India for bringing down the cost per pack.With total experience of more than 35 years in packaging industry ,I have built up a strong network of professionals associated with project, packaging development , engineering & manufacturing.Previously, I worked as the General Manager Sales & Marketing at UFLEX Group, where I was responsible for marketing & business development of packaging machines and also worked as Business Head Pharmapack to look after domestic sales .I have developed strong skills in business management, customer relationship, product development, and market analysis.I am passionate about delivering innovative and customized solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. I enjoy working with a dynamic and collaborative team, and I value learning from different perspectives and experiences.
